Help with The Encyclopedia of Airliners for iPhone and iPad.

Purchases and Restoring Access

Open the App’s purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. A restored encyclopedia purchase unlocks the offline encyclopedia; Premium AI chat requires an active monthly or annual Premium subscription.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions with Apple. For refund requests, use Apple’s Report a Problem service.

Premium Chat

Chat requires an internet connection and an active Premium subscription. If a purchase was just completed, wait a moment, use Restore Purchases, and try again. If it still fails, include the App version, device model, and the exact error message when you contact us. Please do not send payment-card details.

Offline Encyclopedia

Downloaded encyclopedia content works offline after it has been unlocked. Premium chat does not work offline because answers are generated by an online service.
